Working to combat loneliness with a step-based initiative that aims to mitigate the stigma of mental health and increase mental health literacy. We hope to empower students to confidently manage and discuss their emotions, solve problems and create close relationships / support networks within their community.

Combating the loneliness epidemic one step at a time through:
Resource Awareness

By shedding light on often forgotten sources of help within a persons family, friendships and community, students are able to build a support group of trusted individuals. Some of these individuals are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to help them navigate whatever problem they're facing.

A Roper poll found a disconnect between students and working professionals...

A combined 74% of students aged 12-17 either “Rarely” or “Never” go to teachers and/or other adults at their school for information about mental health.

81% of the same aged students trust those same adults and teachers either “a lot” or “a fair amount” as sources of information regarding mental health, shows a massive disconnect between students and their teachers.
